Our design models 1 to 5 are different internally but the exterior facade as being the same. The interior and exterior design could be custom as per request from customers(at an additional cost if the design is complex and if requires extra material)
We are also adding a balcony to the bedrooms side by side at the back with spiral stairs to the Terrace. That will allow us to remove the hallway at the front side of the master bedroom and make the master bigger. **MASTER BEDROOMS IN ALL MODELS CAN BE MODIFIED UPON REQUEST TO MAKE THE SPACE BIGGER**

Here are a few of the questions customers are asking about::
1)Interior floor plan options and Exterior facades,: We have these available as per request and also custom design as per request to interior (at an additional cost).

2)Materials quality provided: The construction of walls will be concrete block c/w stucco thru-out, ceramic flooring thru out, pot lights, quality sinks, water closets, etc. Custom material will be installed upon customer's request and at a cost.

3)Will there be Security in the complex: Yes, 24hr security to the complex.

4) Material for roof above terrace storm proof? The building envelope will be storm secure and the roof at terrace will be of wood sticks Mediterranean/tropical style(the builder has the right to change the material as per building authorities final permit) and is for design cosmetic purpose or you can choose your own design at a cost.

5)Is water from town, or self sufficent? we are working on this to see if its more feasible to self sufficient or towm water. we don't know at this time.

6) Sewer? the sewer will be septic system.

7)Estimated start.: We have started the center portion of the complex for our sales office and scuba place. There are 4 Phases, we will start with Phase 1 as a unit per unit basis. Until completed. And will move forward with Phase 2, however if the following Phases are 80% sold we will construct them as soon as possible.

8) Estimated HOA fees(community/maintenance fees).: We have decided to make it as Freehold as much as possible, however the only cost will be community fee for the Security portion, maintenance of the grounds and the the use of the pool. 9) Will the owners have access to the pool? yes, even thought the center/pool is privately own. The owners will have access to the pool at a monthly minimal cost, included in the HOA fees.

10)Community fees: approx. $100 to $175 +/- Belize Dollars per month(this is only an estimate)
-Tax Fees: This we are not sure, however this could be ------between $50 to $200 Belize dollars per year.

12)We will offer management services for our customers to rent their units while they are away and to maximize their investment. The premises will come with digital cameras allowing customers to view the outside premises from around the globe.

13) We will install a Scuba shop on the premises. This will not be a part of the project, but an avenue to offer our customers an adventure to Scuba diving and local adventures.

14) Financing? yes, we can do that. There is an initial $15,000 US dollars deposit/reservation spot, and $35,000 US dollars as downpayment that will be given in increments during construction stages to make sure you know where your money is going, until completed. The rest 50% is required upon delivery of your home.
We can finance 50% of the total cost at an interest local bank rate.
